Job Description We are seeking a SharePoint Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SharePoint development, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and secure cloud-ready engineering and a proven ability to design, build, test, deploy, and enhance SharePoint solutions that are resilient and maintainable. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions using the SharePoint toolset. * Apply Agile practices within a recognized framework to deliver incremental value. * Implement engineering practices including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test-Driven Development. * Engineer for application resiliency, performance, and security in cloud-oriented environments. * Collaborate across the software lifecycle including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proficiency in SharePoint development and the SharePoint toolset. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in at least one Agile framework. * Knowledge of CI, CD, TDD, cloud development, and secure coding practices. * Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages. * Working proficiency across software engineering disciplines including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Preferred Skills: * Experience building resilient SharePoint solutions integrated with cloud services. * Experience with automated testing and deployment pipelines. Why BCforward?
