Full job description
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

THE WORK:

You’ll develop, document and assist in the implementation of project delivery standards for management standards, project execution processes, and industry best practices across schedule, cost, scope, risk, change, reporting, and governance.
-
You’ll provide direct oversight, coaching, and support to Project Controls Specialists, reinforcing consistent, accurate, and timely controls deliverables.
-
You’ll review project management deliverables, including project execution plans, cost estimates, risk assessments, schedules, and supporting documentation, for development and alignment of Stage Gate and processes.
-
You’ll assess project performance and controls analytics, identify gaps or emerging issues, and collaborate with project teams to develop practical mitigation and recovery actions.
-
You’ll implement and enforce change management processes so proposed changes are clearly documented, reviewed, approved, and incorporated into project baselines.
-
You’ll support the development and review of project risk registers and quantitative risk assessments, including Excel-based Crystal Ball analysis where applicable.
-
You’ll develop standards for monthly project reviews and portfolio reporting. Use dashboards and performance metrics, including Power BI outputs, to communicate project status and support leadership decisions.
-
You’ll provide guidance on schedule and cost adherence, contract administration, payment milestones, project controls specifications, performance management, and reporting exceptions or clarifications.
-
You’ll promote safe behavior, follow applicable safety requirements, and work effectively in both office and field environments.
