Description
We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee a major workplace technology and facilities initiative move. This Long-term Contract position will guide infrastructure planning and execution for a large-scale office relocation, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to keep schedules, scope, and technical requirements aligned. The ideal candidate brings strong IT project leadership experience and can coordinate complex dependencies across network, AV, cabling, and data center environments.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end coordination of an IT infrastructure relocation project, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables across the program.

Partner closely with the external implementation provider and internal stakeholders to define requirements, review designs, track action items, and maintain project momentum.

Gather business and technical needs for conference rooms and audiovisual environments, support vendor evaluation activities, and coordinate deployment plans.

Organize the IT components of the office move, including hardware setup, network readiness, connectivity planning, and workspace technology requirements.

Work with project stakeholders to develop the relocation approach, including phased moves, user group sequencing, and operational readiness planning.

Oversee setup activities for data center spaces and intermediate distribution facilities, ensuring alignment with cabling, power, and low-voltage installation teams.

Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to resolve issues, clarify responsibilities, and keep project outcomes on track.

Monitor timelines, documentation, and implementation progress to ensure infrastructure work is completed according to business expectations and technical standards
Requirements • Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.

Familiarity with data center infrastructure, network infrastructure, and structured cabling initiatives.

Background supporting office relocations, AV deployments, or data center move projects.

Ability to work effectively with third-party vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Strong understanding of project planning, requirements gathering, and implementation coordination.

Comfortable navigating technical discussions without needing to perform hands-on engineering work.
