  • Lead & Develop the Team – Guide, coach, and develop Financial Planning & Analysis team members while driving performance and growth.

  • Deliver Business Insights – Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.

  • Lead Strategic Analysis – Conduct what-if analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business changes and new opportunities.

  • Partner with Leadership – Build strong relationships with executives and field leadership to support action planning and business decisions

  • Drive Planning & Forecasting – Improve budgeting and planning accuracy while supporting long-term financial strategies.

  • Enhance Reporting & KPIs – Develop and refine key performance indicators and reporting to improve visibility and drive results.

What You Will Need:

  • Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields.

  • Leadership Skills – Proven ability to lead initiatives, develop teams, and influence cross-functional partners.

  • Problem-Solving Ability – Strong judgment and resourcefulness to navigate complex business challenges.

  • Analytical Thinking – Advanced ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.

  • Financial Expertise – Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and business analysis.

  • Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
