Senior Endpoint Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Infrastructure Engineer with deep experience supporting and administering Omnissa Horizon VDI environments in large enterprise settings. This role is responsible for the health, security, performance, and lifecycle management of the organization's virtual desktop infrastructure and endpoint management platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Horizon infrastructure components, including Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateways (UAGs), True SSO, authentication integrations, image management, upgrades, and platform troubleshooting. Experience with Workspace ONE UEM is also important, particularly around application deployment, endpoint management, and mobile device administration. This engineer will serve as a senior technical resource partnering closely with Security, Infrastructure, Networking, Identity & Access Management, End User Support, and offshore support teams. The individual should be comfortable leading upgrades, managing change control activities, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and driving automation through PowerShell.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of enterprise infrastructure engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience administering Omnissa Horizon or VMware Horizon VDI environments, including Connection Servers, UAGs, True SSO, authentication, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, platform maintenance, and golden image management. Experience administering Workspace ONE UEM, including device enrollment, compliance, application deployment, profiles, certificates, and endpoint lifecycle management across enterprise devices. Partner closely with Security, Infrastructure, Networking, Identity & Access Management, End User Support, and offshore support teams. Develop, modify, and maintain PowerShell scripts. Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills AWS Workspace SCADA exposure and adjacent virtualization experience
