  • Collaborate across the Tactical Supplier Management Team and external suppliers, providing technical direction on mechanical scope within supplier subcontracts and statements of work.

  • Serve as a key technical contributor for mechanical engineering on the SLCM-N program, providing expert recommendations to program management and customers on advanced mechanical concepts and approaches.

  • Champion continuous improvement and innovative design practices, leveraging digital engineering, MBSE, and Agile/iterative methods to enhance mechanical design quality, schedule, and affordability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM discipline

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant expereince

  • U.S. citizen

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs

  • Demonstrated expertise in mechanical system design/analysis for complex aerospace or missile systems, including experience with conceptual and preliminary design in technology maturation or TMRR phases.

  • Proficient with 3D design/2D drawing CAD in Siemens NX (or equivalent), including application of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 to production-ready drawings and models.

Preferred Qualifications:
