About the Role

Cognizant Moment is seeking a highly experienced Adobe Experience Cloud Technical Consulting Solution Architect to architect complex, enterprise-scale customer experience and digital experience solutions for global clients. This is a senior, hands-on architecture and technical consulting role requiring deep expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud, with depth in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM Assets and Edge Delivery Services.

The role works directly with client technology leaders, enterprise architects, product teams and engineering organizations to translate business and customer-experience requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing and maintainable solutions. The successful candidate will combine enterprise architecture thinking with strong technical depth and will challenge architecture and implementation decisions when required. They will be a technologist first and consultant second – if you can whiteboard an enterprise Adobe customer-experience architecture with a CTO or Enterprise Architect and then move into a detailed engineering discussion covering AEM, EDS, APIs, caching, content models, security and performance stop scrolling and hit consider applying!

In This Role, You Will

  • Act as the senior technical consultant and Solution Architect for complex Adobe Experience Cloud engagements.

  • Design integrated solutions across AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM Assets, Edge Delivery Services, Universal Editor, Content Fragments, headless delivery and Dynamic Media.

  • Architect large-scale enterprise AEM Sites and Assets platforms.

  • Architect enterprise digital experiences using Adobe Edge Delivery Services and assess its suitability for new implementations and modernization programs.

  • Determine the appropriate use of EDS, traditional AEM Sites, headless AEM and hybrid architectures.

  • Define EDS project architecture, engineering standards, reusable blocks and block libraries.

  • Architect customer profile, identity, audience segmentation, behavioral data collection, personalization, experimentation, decisioning, journey orchestration, analytics and measurement capabilities.

  • Define interactions across web and mobile experiences, AEM or EDS, Experience Platform Data Collection, Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, identity and audiences, Adobe Target or Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

  • Architect integrations with commerce, CRM, PIM, ERP, DAM, search, customer-data platforms, identity providers, consent management, marketing, loyalty, API, microservice and data platforms.

  • Evaluate traditional, headless and hybrid architectures and define API-first experience architectures.

  • Expertise in Cloud, DevOps and Engineering Architecture, Performance Engineering, Security and Privacy Architecture, Migration and Modernization Architecture, Architecture Governance, Generative AI and Emerging Experience Technologies.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

  • 15+ years of enterprise technology experience.

  • Significant experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or Technical Consultant.

  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM as a Cloud Service.

  • Strong practical architecture experience with AEM Edge Delivery Services.

  • Strong understanding of the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

  • Experience architecting complex enterprise digital experience platforms and customer-data, personalization and analytics solutions.

  • Strong enterprise integration, cloud-native and composable architecture experience.

  • Experience leading architecture for large transformation programmes.

  • Experience engaging senior client technology stakeholders and governing large engineering teams.

  • Experience supporting technical solutioning and strategic pursuits.

Working Knowledge in - Adobe Commerce, Dynamic Media, Adobe Firefly and the generative AI ecosystem, AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform, API management, Microservices and event-driven architecture, Modern front-end architecture

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 to $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
