Packaging Engineer Co-op - Summer 2027

Job Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting the Packaging Engineering Manager with the following duties:

Review Packaging Issues and assist in identifying solutions.

Perform Time Studies/Packaging Process Observations & Reviews.

Review or modify CAD Drawings.

Develop, Implement, and Update Documentation.

Work Closely with Production Employees to gather data.
Job Qualifications:
-
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Ability to clearly communicate with various levels of employees and vendors.

Must have own means of reliable Transportation and Communication.

Must be able to work onsite in any Mfg. facility in and around New Bremen, OH.

Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
