Full job description
As a MarTech Multi-Solution Architect, you will be the connective tissue across our clients' marketing and advertising technology ecosystems, spanning customer data platforms, journey orchestration and decisioning, campaign and content platforms, and adjacent AdTech capabilities, all increasingly powered by AI and agentic technologies. You will move fluidly across platforms and vendors rather than anchoring to a single stack, advising clients on the art of the possible, designing composable, future-ready architectures, and leading implementation across MarTech, AdTech, and AI-enabled solutions.
This role suits a technologist who treats the pace of change in this space as the appealing part of the job: someone who stays current on emerging platforms and AI capabilities, pilots new tools ahead of the market, and brings that point of view to clients and internal teams alike.
Recruiting for this role ends on January 13, 2027
Work you'll do
As a MarTech Multi-Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
-
Architecting end-to-end solutions across the marketing technology landscape (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform/AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Target; Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce; and comparable platforms) to enable unified customer profiles, journey orchestration, and omnichannel personalization
-
Bridging MarTech and AdTech ecosystems by integrating CDPs with ad servers, DSPs/SSPs, identity resolution, and measurement/attribution platforms to enable addressable, privacy-safe advertising and cross-channel activation
-
Architecting and maintaining identity resolution (IDR) and identity graph solutions, including identity matching logic, resolution accuracy, and data collection strategies that feed a unified, enterprise-wide view of the customer
-
Embedding AI and agentic capabilities into client marketing and advertising ecosystems, including generative content and personalization, AI assistants/copilots, and next-best-action or agent orchestration, and continuously evaluating emerging tools as the landscape evolves
-
Advising clients on future-state architecture design, feasibility, level of effort, cost, and the art of the possible, across composable, API-first MarTech and AdTech stacks
-
Leading technical pre-sales and solutioning (hunter/farmer cycles), translating business and marketing goals into technical designs, estimates, and phased implementation roadmaps
-
Leading integration and solution delivery across multiple platforms, third-party systems, and client stakeholder groups during technical design and implementation
-
Building and leading high-performing, cross-functional, geographically distributed teams of architects, engineers, and analysts, and establishing reusable frameworks, accelerators, and playbooks
-
Evaluating and recommending composable architecture approaches that enable clients to assemble modular, best-of-breed MarTech/AdTech capabilities rather than defaulting to a single monolithic platform
A successful candidate would possess these skills:
-
Genuine curiosity and a pioneer's mindset: energized, not unsettled, by a marketing and advertising technology landscape that is constantly introducing new platforms, tools, and AI capabilities
-
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills
-
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
-
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
-
Ability to lead projects or workstreams
-
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
-
Ability to meet deadlines
-
Ability to provide clear guidance to others

Adobe Certified Expert/Professional and/or Salesforce certifications spanning CDP, Marketing Cloud, or Agentforce

-
Experience collaborating with identity partners to evolve identity graph coverage and improve enterprise-wide customer data mapping and digital tracking accuracy
-
A demonstrated track record as an early adopter, piloting new platforms, tools, or AI capabilities ahead of broad market adoption and driving their adoption within teams or client organizations
-
Experience training or leading offshore or nearshore delivery teams in a Global Delivery model
-
Programming or scripting experience in Python, SQL, or Java
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related technical field
