Team Leader

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Team Leader:

  • Lead and support inspection activities while working alongside team members as needed

  • Train and coach inspectors on project procedures, quality standards, and work processes

  • Coordinate daily team activities and help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently

  • Monitor work quality and address production or inspection issues as they arise

  • Communicate project updates, expectations, and workplace priorities to team members

  • Assist with assigning tasks and supporting overall team performance

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

  • Collaborate with management and team members to achieve operational goals

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a related industrial environment

  • Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership skills in past roles preferred

  • Ability to train and guide employees in a team setting

  • Steel or composite-toe shoes required

  • Ability to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Dependable work history with a commitment to long-term employment

  • Ability to adapt to changing projects and work assignments

  • Background Check and Drug Test Required
