What will you be doing?

Experience: Previous manufacturing, industrial painting, or powder coating experience.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, work in hot environments near curing ovens, and lift/move parts up to 50 lbs.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with mil-thickness gauges, sandblasters, electrostatic guns, and reading work orders or process sheets
