Collaborate with operations leaders to understand how work is planned and directed across the organization. Review operational data, identify trends, and recommend proactive improvements to safety, productivity, cost, customer service, or other business situations. Learn how operational decisions and actions help protect company assets and profitability. Complete a summer-long business project and present recommendations to division leadership. Build effective working relationships across departments and participate in team meetings and strategic-planning activities. Expect to travel as necessary between facilities.
