Establish baselines, evaluate incrementality, and translate findings into recommendations for investment, portfolio, and execution priorities.

  • Competitive Signal Tracking: Maintain a current competitor and retailer signal deck, with clear triggers for action. Identify emerging shifts in pricing, assortment, promotional intensity, positioning, and consumer sentiment. Partner with Growth & Compete Planning to propose counter-moves and assess their effectiveness.

  • Executive Insight Packs: Deliver weekly and monthly "so what / now what" readouts that explain performance, surface risks and opportunities, and recommend reallocations and pivots. Frame decisions clearly, make trade-offs explicit, and track whether actions deliver the intended outcomes.

  • Dashboard Architecture, Specification & Field Advocacy: Own the business architecture and functional specifications for Windows Consumer performance dashboards, including KPI definitions, data requirements, reporting views, and drill-downs. Partner with BI and data teams on delivery and quality, and champion adoption with the field through practical enablement, feedback loops, and advocacy for a consistent, trusted view of performance.
