Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Customer Recruiting to lead our customer-facing recruiting team across North America and EMEA. In this role, you will lead direct recruiters and regional team leaders, serve as a trusted talent advisor to senior executives, and ensure high-execution talent delivery across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, and Technical Services.

This role requires a commercially minded leader who operates with strategic vision and operational rigor. You will balance immediate hiring delivery with long-term talent strategy, build capability across your team, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver an integrated, global narrative for customer recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Operational Excellence

  • Lead a high-performing regional team of recruiters in North America while providing leadership through a regional team leader in EMEA

  • Build an environment of high accountability and ownership, coaching recruiters to solve complex problems, develop independent judgment, and present data-backed recommendations

  • Drive operational consistency, pipeline health, and high execution standards across all supported technical and customer-facing business units

Executive Partnership and Global Alignment

  • Serve as the primary talent consultant to SVP and C-suite leaders across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, and Technical Services

  • Synthesize recruitment metrics, market trends, and talent pipelines into clear executive summaries and actionable hiring strategies

  • Partner with regional talent leaders in APAC to maintain comprehensive global visibility and present a unified recruiting narrative to global executive stakeholders

Strategic Talent Advisory and GTM Integration

  • Transition recruiting from a transactional service model into a strategic talent partnership that elevates overall quality of hire and long-term organizational design

  • Collaborate closely with GTM recruiting peers to share capacity, balance resources across sales and customer functions, and eliminate single points of failure

  • Own workforce planning, capacity modeling, and delivery projections in close alignment with business strategy and finance partners

Core Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition/recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading recruiting teams within high-growth technology organizations

  • Proven experience supporting and leading recruiting for customer-facing and GTM functions, with the ability to translate business strategy and organizational needs into effective talent strategies across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, and/or Technical Services

  • Demonstrated success developing senior ICs and managers through coaching, performance management, talent reviews, and career development, with a focus on building strong teams and future leaders

  • Trusted advisor to SVP and C-suite executives, skilled at driving strategic alignment using data-driven insights and clear, structured communication

  • Demonstrated capability to drive operational change, navigate organizational ambiguity, and influence cross-regional stakeholders without direct reporting authority
