To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. Control and maintain all records required for accurate, on-time completion of shipments. Work in a team environment to accomplish work assignments. Receive inventory and check the merchandise's quality and accuracy. Efficiently wrap and pack merchandise with packing slip or order details for each shipment, while maintaining a quick and steady pace and not compromising accuracy. Have all merchandise prepared accurately and ready for shipping on time. Periodically use computers, email, scanners, and the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, create paperwork, or document reporting. Support and promote company core values . Regular attendance is required. Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
