We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to contribute to global marketing strategy and execution for our liquid embolic portfolio. You will support product launches, clinical data communications, and marketing initiatives that help commercial teams engage physicians and advance awareness of these therapies. This role is for those that have a blend of intellectual curiosity, creative expression, and an ability to connect with physicians & commercial teams around the world.
This role is a fit for a collaborative, high-EQ marketer who learns quickly, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is passionate about helping physicians & patients. You’ll work with marketing, sales, clinical, research & development, and other partners to create tools, strategies, and marketing assets for our liquid embolic portfolio.

Primary responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Lead and support downstream marketing projects across the liquid embolic portfolio

Partner closely with clinical, health economics and reimbursement partners to develop critical marketing materials for sales execution

Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share

Develop product value propositions that are aligned to the commercial strategy
-
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop business plans for the designated portfolios
-
Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as emerging thought leaders within the space
-
Support new product launch activities, including the development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies
-
Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts to develop strategy for the existing procedural areas and any adjacent areas
-
Provide input into the portfolio lifecycle, including analyses to support product line changes (new product development, acquisitions and/or discontinuations)

Foster strong and collaborative relationships with members of the US Sales Team and global commercial teams

Attend and engage with physicians at international conferences throughout the year

Travel Requirement: 10-20%
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, consulting or relevant experience, or Masters’ degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience

Experience or knowledge in neurovascular therapies
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$79,200.00 - $118,800.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
