Full job description
Albers Management & Design Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a large-scale data center construciton project in New Florence, Missouri. The Senior Project Manager: - Manages assigned phases of industrial construction projects on behalf of the employer's owner clients; - Plans project phases and prepares and updates schedules; - Prepares budgets, tracks costs, and reviews pay applications and change orders; - Coordinates subcontractors and trades through the general contractor (GC); - Monitors safety and quality compliance and report deficiencies to the GC; - Liaises among owner, GC, architects, engineers, and inspectors; - Conducts regular meetings and prepares minutes and progress reports; - Reviews drawings, specifications, submittals, and requests for information; - Tracks permits and inspections and coordinates commissioning; - Reports project status to employer management and owner; - Works at assigned project sites. Minimum Requirements: - 96 months (8 years) of project management experience - OSHA 30 certification - No education requirement
