Description

Bravera is hiring for a Farm/Personal Account Executive in Carrington, ND. Bravera is an employee- and director-owned company that is committed to helping our employees forge a new path in their career. This position is responsible for the retention, service, account development and product/service presentation to clients. Primary responsibility is to provide customer service along with cross-selling other products and services.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

  • Be a trusted advisor to Bravera Insurance clients.

  • Offer exceptional customer service.

  • Cross-sell other products and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain new and renewal insurance business.

  • Assist clients with their insurance changes/requests

  • Build strong working relationships with co-workers and clients

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

  • Process renewals, endorsements, and change requests

  • Assist clients in submissions of claims

  • Quote and remarket customer accounts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):

  • Must be licensed in Property/Casualty insurance or be willing to obtain licensing within 90 days of employment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Demonstrate reliability and consistency
