This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Partner with plant operations and accounting teams to develop systems, processes, and reporting to help drive continuous improvement in all areas of the facility. Provide ad-hoc review and analysis of revenue and expenses ensuring compliance and accuracy of our AR & AP systems. Maintain integrity of plant general ledger in regard to GAAP, including capitalization of fixed assets. Responsible for the monthly financial close and reporting cycle, including variance analysis. Responsible for invoicing processes and completing the monthly Market Administrator (MA) report for the plant. Serve as a "hands on" leader, gaining a detailed understanding of the operation to best provide support to the facility through impactful and relevant reporting and forecasts.
