OA/CTS Director Join the Woodland Job Corps Center Team

Woodland Job Corps Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced OA/CTS Director to provide leadership and oversight of our Outreach, Admissions, and Career Transition Services functions. This position plays a vital role in supporting student recruitment, enrollment, career development, and successful transitions into full-time employment, higher education, or advanced training.

The OA/CTS Director will lead and develop a professional team while establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, educational institutions, workforce organizations, community partners, and other stakeholders. These partnerships are essential to creating meaningful opportunities that contribute to student achievement and long-term career success.

This position is ideal for a strong leader and communicator who is organized, collaborative, results-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality services to students. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to effectively manage staff while maintaining a student-centered approach.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and two years related supervisory experience; or Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and four years related supervisory experience. Department of Labor approval required.
