Full job description
The Technical Integration Analyst plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for implementing, testing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect various systems and applications. As an Integration Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and test integration solutions to connect different systems and applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
- Implement and configure integration middleware, ESBs, and APIs to enable data exchange.
- Perform system integration testing and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain integration solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Create documentation, including integration specifications and process workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with software developers to implement custom connectors and adapters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including MuleSoft, middleware, ESBs, and APIs.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
- Programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or others for scripting and customization.
- Understanding of data formats (JSON, XML) and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud integration and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with stakeholders.
- Certifications in integration technologies are advantageous.
