Job Function Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * Lead the QC team and manage daily priorities to ensure efficient workflow * Direct, supervise, and support all inspection and testing activities * Review and interpret product specifications to perform accurate and compliant quality checks * Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments and advanced inspection systems * Perform destructive testing, including OES chemistry analysis, tensile testing, and hardness testing * Oversee calibration and management of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE) * Document Nonconforming Material Reports (NCR) for any nonconforming product * Assist the QA Manager with NCR, Corrective Action and containment activity * Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain quality and ensure compliance * Record test data, maintain inspection logs, and generate detailed quality reports * Drive continuous improvement activities focused on eliminating waste, improving productivity, and enhancing process performance.
