Sr. Recruiter (Contract, Hybrid)

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing a hybrid onsite / remote contract senior recruiting engagement for our client located in Midtown Atlanta. This will be for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to support a Long-term Contract opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia within the IT Services industry. This role focuses on leading searches for senior-level talent, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and managing recruitment efforts from initial outreach through offer completion. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, communicates effectively with senior stakeholders, and thrives while balancing independent ownership with a collaborative team environment.

At this time, having experience with Greenhouse as an ATS is mandatory for this engagement - we cannot currently consider candidates who do have recent and thorough experience with Greenhouse

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for senior and specialized positions, from intake meetings and sourcing strategy through offer stage and closing.

• Build targeted talent pipelines for hard-to-find skill sets by using proactive sourcing methods and market research.

• Manage an assigned portfolio of requisitions independently while staying aligned with recruiting teammates and business priorities.

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to clarify role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and drive timely hiring decisions.

• Engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to provide updates, recommendations, and market insight.

• Guide candidates through each stage of the interview process, maintaining consistent communication and a high-quality experience.

• Work effectively with a broad range of managers across the organization, adapting recruiting strategies to different teams and business needs.

• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and Workday.

• Support an onsite work schedule in Atlanta, Georgia for two days each week while coordinating recruiting activity across stakeholders.

Requirements • Proven experience recruiting for senior-level or highly specialized roles in a corporate or contract recruiting environment.

• Strong full-cycle recruiting background, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate care.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and credibly with executives and other senior decision-makers.

• Experience identifying and attracting niche talent across technical or business-critical skill areas.

• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse and Workday.

• Ability to manage requisitions independently while contributing effectively within a team-based recruiting function.

• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers across varied departments and leadership styles.

• Availability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia two days per week for the duration of the assignment.
