What You Will Do

Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) is seeking a Control Account Manager to join their Product Support team. This onsite role involves managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts, contributing to the successful execution of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio, including international programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts.

  • Develop and maintain budgets and schedules to ensure program objectives are met.

  • Monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards.

  • Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis.

  • Execute resource planning and facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs.

  • Assist with risk and opportunity identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.

  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas), Microsoft Project, and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) for detailed analysis and reporting.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.

  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with financial planning, execution, and tools such as Estimate at Completes (EACs), Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management, and Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

  • Experience developing and reviewing program artifacts, including resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs).

  • Familiarity with program risk and opportunity processes and calculations.

  • Proficiency in using advanced features of Microsoft Excel, such as pivot tables and complex formulas.

  • Experience with tools such as Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) and other EVM-related software.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
