What you will do:

Customer Service focused and fluent in NCE warehouse & system processes
-
Responsible to manage and generate warehouse metrics and dashboards
-
Assign orders to order fillers
-
Help facilitate daily flow of workers to achieve maximum efficiency
-
Facilitate discrepancy resolution
-
Checking orders, order filling, shipping, receiving, cycle counting
-
Back up to Warehouse Leads and other key areas
-
Training, Leading, Mentoring new and existing warehouse associates
-
Facilitate associate performance reviews, evaluations and daily huddles
-
Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
-
Good oral and written communication skills
-
Self-starter, Team player with the ability to lead others
-
Previous warehouse experience mandatory
-
Accurate, dependable, and punctual
-
Detail oriented
-
Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
-
Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
-
Warehouse environment
-
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
-
Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
