Program Manager, Enterprise Learning Systems – Work at Home
The Program Manager, Enterprise Learning Systems leads complex programs and initiatives across the organization's enterprise learning systems and technology ecosystem. This role oversees the adaptive learning process, supports the optimization of Workday Learning, and leads the evaluation, implementation, integration, and ongoing management of learning technologies, vendor solutions, and care partner learning needs. The role partners across Learning & Development, HR Technology, Information Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and sustainable learning solutions.
Essential Job Functions

Leads the end-to-end governance and program management of adaptive learning initiatives, including Annual Mandatory Learning (AML) adaptive testing, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, quality, and continuous improvement.

Partners with the Learning Management System team to support Workday Learning enhancements, testing, optimization, reporting, complex system initiatives, and evolving business requirements.

Leads the evaluation, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of learning technologies, platforms, and vendor solutions, including solutions that connect with or impact Workday Learning.

Serves as program lead for assigned vendor and care partner learning needs, coordinating requirements, governance, implementation, delivery models, and ongoing support across internal and external stakeholders.

Leads complex, cross-functional learning systems initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Partners with HR Technology, Information Technology, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure enterprise learning systems and solutions align with organizational requirements, architecture, security, and governance standards.

Provides strategic consultation and subject matter expertise on enterprise learning systems, learning technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities while advancing the effective use of technology across the Learning & Development function.

Establishes and executes the enterprise roadmap for learning technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and vendor solutions by evaluating emerging technologies, leading pilots and implementations, and driving adoption of innovative solutions that improve learning effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

Establishes enterprise standards for learning at the point of need by advancing mobile-first learning experiences, microlearning strategies, and technology-enabled delivery methods that provide timely, accessible learning for associates across clinical and operational environment

Licensing/Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), or other relevant learning technology, systems, or project management certification (preferred).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design and Technology, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
Master's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Work Experience
5 years of experience in learning systems, learning technology, learning management systems, program management, education, human resources, or a related field (required).
5 years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs; working with learning management systems, preferably Workday Learning; managing learning technology or vendor solutions; and supporting system implementations or integrations (preferred).
Training
Training in Workday Learning, project management methodologies, systems implementation, vendor management, or learning technology platforms (preferred).
