Position Description The Data Center HVAC Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC service and installation projects within missioncritical data center environments. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer and contractual requirements. The PM acts as the primary customer contact, coordinating technicians, subcontractors, procurement, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of HVAC data center projects, ensuring seamless execution from sales handover through commissioning and warranty Lead day-to-day execution, providing direction to site teams, subcontractors, and supporting functions Lead endtoend management of data center HVAC projects, including retrofits, repairs, replacements, and new equipment deployments. Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource assignments for field technicians. Maintain accurate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring proactive follow-up on critical path activities Conduct project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and expectations. Monitor daily/weekly progress and proactively adjust plans to maintain timelines. Serve as a liaison between office and field, coordinating staffing and movement of field personnel Monitor project costs and job cost report, analyzing and forecasting total cost projection reports Review/approve project team on-site setup, including facilities layout, selection of forming systems and equipment Assist project staff in development of project schedule and monitor schedule performance, looking for ways to...
