Project Manager

Description

Our client, a food product retailer, is seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to support company-wide new product launches. This role will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional marketing tasks, maintain project documentation, and ensure launch materials, product information, and digital assets are accurate and completed on time. Responsibilities:

• Lead project activities across multiple teams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives remain on track.

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, status updates, and reporting materials for stakeholders and leadership.

• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and support smooth project execution.

• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and follow-up actions to drive accountability and progress.

• Apply formal project management practices to monitor scope, risks, budgets, and resource needs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support Agile and Scrum-based workflows by helping teams organize work, track milestones, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Identify potential obstacles early and develop practical solutions to reduce delays and maintain momentum

Requirements • 2+ years of experience managing projects in a business environment with strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated knowledge of formal project management methods and delivery frameworks.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and the ability to support iterative project execution.

• PMP certification or similar project management credential is preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
