Job Description
Our client is seeking a Workday Supply Chain Assessment Consultant to conduct a comprehensive review of its current Workday Supply Chain environment. This individual will evaluate existing configurations, processes, reporting, integrations, and user adoption to identify optimization opportunities and provide strategic recommendations. The consultant will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and IT leadership to develop a roadmap aligned with Workday best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assess Workday Procurement, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Supplier Accounts, and related modules. Review workflows, configurations, reporting, security, and integrations. Conduct stakeholder interviews and current-state assessments. Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities. Evaluate reporting and analytics capabilities. Provide future-state recommendations and a prioritized roadmap. Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
Skills and Requirements
-5+ years of Workday Supply Chain experience. -Strong experience with Procurement and Inventory modules. -Prior Workday assessment, optimization, or health-check experience. -Ability to communicate with executives and business stakeholders. -Healthcare industry experience preferred.
