Full job description

InLoop builds warehouse robots that run fully autonomously in customer warehouses today. The fleet is growing quickly, and the demand is huge. We're hiring a deployment engineer to get our robots live at customer sites and keep them running. You'll own a deployment from the first site visit to the day the customer stops noticing the robot, and you'll bring what you learn on the floor back to our product and engineering team. This is a hands on role. Some days you're mapping a packing station with the customer's ops lead, some days you're on site at 6:30 getting a robot running before the shift starts. What you'll work on first

  • Site bring up. Survey stations, install robots, connect them to the site network and get them running to spec.

  • Integrations. Connect our robots to the customer's systems, like their WMS, scanners and printers, through our SDK.

  • Uptime. Own the uptime of your sites, work with our remote operators to fix issues fast, and find the root cause so it doesn't happen again.

  • The playbook. Turn every deployment into a checklist so the next one is faster.

  • Voice of the floor. Bring what breaks and what customers ask for back to product and engineering. What we're looking for

  • 1+ years deploying automation, robots or industrial systems in warehouses, factories or similar sites

  • You've been the person on site when something stopped working, and you fixed it

  • Comfortable with Linux, networking and scripting in Python

  • Clear and calm with customers, from the ops lead to the people on the floor

  • Happy to travel to customer sites across Europe , often at short notice

  • Driving license Nice to have

  • WMS integrations or warehouse operations

  • Robot arms or AMRs in production

  • German, plus another European language

  • Background in mechatronics or electrical work How to apply Apply here and tell us about one deployment you ran: what broke, and how you fixed it. That tells us more than a CV.
