Job Description

United Protective Services is seeking a reliable and professional Overnight Flex Security Officer.

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible overnight work who can assist with shift coverage, call-offs, and additional staffing needs. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain a safe and secure environment.

Weekend availability and flexibility with scheduling are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular overnight patrols of the property, including interior and exterior areas.

• Perform routine parking lot audits, identifying unauthorized vehicles, suspicious activity, and potential security concerns.

• Write clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports when necessary.

• Maintain consistent communication with fellow officers, supervisors, and management.

• Provide coverage for scheduled shifts, employee absences, and additional staffing needs.

• Monitor property conditions and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity.

• Complete assigned patrol checkpoints and daily activity reports.

• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent custom
