Full job description
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Basic knowledge of general maintenance, building systems, or mechanical work preferred - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team - Prior experience in a health care or facilities environment is a plus, but not required DUTIES INCLUDE: - Assist with routine maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) - Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, safety checks, and painting - Help maintain facility cleanliness in mechanical and utility areas - Support groundskeeping tasks, including snow removal, lawn care, and walkway upkeep - Monitor and report equipment issues or safety hazards - Assist Plant Manager or Maintenance Technicians as needed - Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines required in a healthcare setting Full-time position. Pay will depend on experience; health care and retirement benefits.
