Join CACI as a Contract Closeout Administrator within the Contracts Team located in our Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City. You will work with other dynamic business units such as Project Managers, Finance, Accounting, etc. You will work in tandem with these collaborative teams toward the same goal: CACI's ability to provide solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian Customers.
Responsibilities:
The successful Close-Out Administrator will utilize a variety of administrative functions essential to the closing Federal contracts. Those functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Working in a fast-paced environment with monthly close-out goals to efficiently and effectively eliminate the contract close-out backlog.

Verify that all necessary steps have been taken to close-out contracts.

Work with other internal and external stakeholders to obtain concurrence for close-out.

Review, prepare and submit close-out documents.

Handle difficult to complex problems through effective and efficient resolutions compliant with Federal acquisition regulations and policies.

May manage projects and processes.

May be asked to coach and review the work of lower level employees.

Must be able to complete close-out files and accurately document close-out contracts and records.

Qualifications:
Required:

Customer relation experience.

Ability to organized and manage workload.

Communication skills.

Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience.
Desired:
- Knowledge of contract close-out procedures and techniques carry out recurring assignments and perform developmental assignments.

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$43,500 - $86,900
