Refrigerant Production

Job Title: Refrigerant Production Associate $14.00/hr

1st and 2nd shift available!

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately according to production and order requirements.

• Label items and packaging clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification.

• Stack finished goods safely and efficiently to maintain an organized work area.

• Perform basic quality checks on products to verify they meet established standards.

• Complete required documentation and production records with attention to detail.

• Operate basic production and packaging equipment as needed in the manufacturing process.

• Follow established production procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions.

• Support general labor and assembly tasks to keep the production line running smoothly.

• Adapt to increased workload and schedule changes during busy summer periods, including occasional Saturday shifts.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packaging, assembly, or production environments.

• Ability to perform general labor tasks such as lifting, stacking, and moving materials.

• Comfort working as a machine operator or around production machinery after training.

• Strong attention to detail for labeling, quality checks, and documentation.

• Reliability and punctuality to work assigned shifts and occasional Saturdays.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elysburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
