Client Representative, Audio Department

Description

Robert Half currently has an opportunity available as a Client Representative in the Audio Services Department for one of our top clients local to the Woodland Hills, CA area. The Client Representative is responsible for day-to-day client management, providing top-tier customer service to a select roster of music companies. In this role, the client representative will attend all client meetings and manage the majority of client communications to ensure that all Music Reports’ contracted services for specific customers are operating as expected. This role is highly operational in nature and will require proficiencies in data analysis, spreadsheet manipulation and some experience working with databases and query languages to render client work product. The nature of the position will also require regular interaction with internal departments including Business Affairs, IT Operations, Royalty Services, Research, and Accounting. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Collegial attitude and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders cordially and professionally;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to learn fast and retain detailed information and instructions in an evolving industry;

• General understanding of music metadata, licensing and reporting principles;

• Creativity, innovative thinking, and a self-starting work ethic; and

• Extreme detail orientation balanced with sound practical judgment while supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously.
