WHAT YOULL DO: Manage recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interviews Maintain employee records and update HR systems Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs Respond to employee questions on benefits, policies, and procedures Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with employee engagement activities and team-building events Track time off, process leave requests, and assist with benefits administration WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR: Reliability 1+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices (a plus) Someone willing to learn WHAT WE OFFER: Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Career advancement opportunities Professional development & training Tuition & education reimbursement Paid time off (vacation & sick time) Health & dental insurance Flexible schedule options Employee discounts & assistance programs Bonuses & commission (if eligible)
