Full job description
Design and execute advanced quantitative analyses using large secondary administrative health data sources (e.g., Texas Medicaid, commercial claims, EHR-linked datasets).Draft and contribute substantively to NIH and foundation grant applications, including Specific Aims, analytic plans, and methods sections.Lead and co-author peer-reviewed manuscripts and conference abstracts.Work with the PI to mentor graduate students in analytic methods, manuscript development, and reproducible research practices.Provide structured oversight and consultation for student-led quantitative research projects.Collaborate with faculty investigators and community partners on policy evaluation and workforce research initiatives.Contribute to development of reproducible workflows and analytic protocols within the PhARM Program.Present findings at national scientific meetings.Meet regularly with supervising faculty and collaborators to ensure timely progress and high-quality deliverables.
