GENERAL LABORER - IMMEDIATE HIRING

Job Overview

We are hiring Construction Laborers to support a large, active construction project. This role involves assisting with concrete work, site cleanup, material handling, and general labor tasks to help keep projects on schedule. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physically demanding work, and following all site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete pours, including operating a come-along and moving concrete with wheelbarrows.

• Perform concrete cleanup following foundation pours.

• Tear down concrete forms and remove construction materials safely.

Required Qualifications

• Previous construction labor experience or experience in a similar physically demanding role.

• Ability to safely use basic hand tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification.

• Experience working on large commercial or industrial construction projects.

Work Environment

This is a large construction site with significant traffic and moving parts.

work schedule may include Monday through Sunday, with Sundays offered as bonus or reward days for extra overtime, depending on attendance.

Start times may vary between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and workdays can be up to 10 hours long.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
