Full job description

V Line INC. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Syracuse, NY. Oversee the proper handling, loading, unloading, breakbulk operations, deconsolidation and storage of freight; Enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality; Supervise and train warehouse staff, manage performance, and address employee issues; Review shipping orders and production schedules to prioritize tasks and coordinate workflow and collaborate with employees, customers, and contractors to resolve operational problems; Schedule and monitor equipment maintenance.
