Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Contract

  • Pay Rate: $23.95 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, normal office hours

  • Overtime/Weekends: Not typically expected

  • Work Environment: On-site

Make an Impact Where Accuracy Matters

As a Property Administrator , you'll support the Customer Property Team and help ensure compliance with customer and government property requirements across multiple programs.

Reporting to the Site Customer Property Manager, you'll collaborate with the central property organization, government and prime customers, auditing agencies, site leadership, and internal stakeholders. Your work will help ensure property is properly accounted for, requirements are met, and programs maintain the high standards of accuracy and compliance demanded by the aerospace industry.

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Help ensure compliance with contractual requirements, government regulations, and company/site policies and procedures for managing customer property.

  • Perform cycle count inventories and help maintain accurate property records.

  • Assist with day-to-day warehouse property management activities.

  • Work with site leadership and functional teams to promote compliance with established processes and procedures.

  • Generate accurate and timely property status reports, metrics, and related documentation for management and internal and external customers.

  • Perform property closeout activities to support program and contractual requirements.

  • Partner with the Contract Management organization to ensure property management requirements are properly executed.

  • Review and analyze data to identify process gaps, discrepancies, or potential system errors.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams as well as external customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Follow applicable Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies, regulations, and company requirements.

  • Comply with applicable Global Trade Compliance (GTC) policies and procedures.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts across property management processes and practices.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for a dependable, analytical professional who can balance accuracy, compliance, and collaboration.

You should bring:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment while helping drive positive change.

  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to reviewing data.

  • Ability to identify process disconnects, discrepancies, and potential system errors.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with individuals within and outside your department.

  • Ability to work autonomously with limited managerial oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates will stand out with:

  • Knowledge or experience in customer or government property management .

  • Familiarity with FAR and DFARS requirements.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulatory and contractual requirements.

  • Experience with inventory management, cycle counts, or warehouse property processes.

  • Experience developing status reports, metrics, and compliance documentation.

  • Previous experience working with customers, vendors, auditors, or government stakeholders.

  • Experience in the aerospace, aviation, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industry .

Pay Details: $23.95 per hour
