You'll work closely with finance and tax professionals, learn about corporate accounting and tax operations, and become a trusted go-to resource for the teams you support.

This is an onsite position.

What You'll Do

  • Keep the invoice process moving: Receive, scan and route incoming invoices and finance mail so payments are handled on time.

  • Support tax operations: Maintain tax records, files and supporting documentation that are critical to compliance.

  • Make sure tax notices are acted on: Track tax notices and route them to the right team members so nothing gets missed.

  • Create materials for decision-makers: Prepare recurring reports, schedules and presentations used across the finance organization.

  • Help new team members get started: Coordinate onboarding logistics, equipment and office resources.

  • Handle team requests: Monitor shared mailboxes and send requests to the right functional teams.

  • Keep records organized: Maintain departmental records and filing systems so information is easy to find.

  • Work with vendors: Coordinate routine vendor inquiries and follow up until each one is resolved.

  • Support the wider team: Provide backup across administrative processes in Controllership and Tax, which gives you broad exposure to both functions.

What You Bring

  • Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting finance, accounting, tax or other corporate functions

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Discretion with confidential information and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Why You'll Enjoy This Role

  • Hands-on exposure to how corporate Controllership and Tax teams operate

  • High visibility and teamwork with finance and tax professionals across the organization

  • Variety in your work: no two days are the same, from payments and records to reporting and coordination

  • A role that matters: your work directly supports accuracy, compliance and smooth financial operations
