PMO Coordinator – (Enterprise Transformation Project)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1st Shift)

Position 2: January 18, 2027 Travel: Up to 10% international travel required
About the Role
We are seeking several skilled PMO Coordinators to support the deployment of an enterprise-wide business transformation program at the Indianapolis DIA Ops & Megasite (Wave 5b). This position is embedded within the local Project Management Office (PMO) and part of a broader, global PMO network. The PMO Coordinator will work closely with program leads, local stakeholders, and international teams to ensure all aspects of project management and governance are delivered effectively throughout the deployment wave.
Program Overview
The transformation initiative aims to deliver state-of-the-art, user-focused digital solutions which will streamline, integrate, and harmonize business operations across the enterprise, centered around a unified SAP S/4HANA landscape. By applying standardized processes and templates, the program will significantly enhance operational efficiency and scalability at a global level.
Main Responsibilities

Ensure strict adherence to program PMO methodologies, frameworks, and governance throughout all deployment activities.

Serve as a key point of coordination between local/site and global program teams, driving the adoption of toolkits and ensuring completion of all project deliverables.

Collaborate with PMO Wave Leads, deployment leads, functional experts, technical teams, and implementation partners to achieve successful program rollout.

Oversee change control and ensure proper management and application of all templates and documentation required for project and program activities.

Coordinate, monitor, and guide execution of local deployment work, linking project milestones to overall program timelines.

Facilitate risk, issue, assumption, decision (RAID), and scope management processes.

Maintain effective scheduling, status, and progress reporting, providing clear and timely updates to all stakeholders.

Identify and escalate challenges, helping to resolve constraints and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Support organizational change management and communication efforts to ensure stakeholder readiness and engagement.

Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com and Trello; experience supporting tool migrations is a strong plus.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, with a track record of leading large project streams

Solid expertise in project/program management methodologies, tools, and the full project lifecycle
-
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple streams of work and integrate information across diverse stakeholder groups
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with sound professional judgment
-
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal (English)
-
Experience managing delivery in a fast-paced, transformative environment
-
Able and willing to travel internationally up to 10% and work across global time zones
-
Team player with proven leadership in significant organizational change efforts
Preferred Experience

Experience within commercial or operations functions

Involvement in large-scale IT Service Management or digital transformation projects

Experience within a life sciences or pharmaceutical environment is preferred
