Job Overview:

Sr. Sales Analyst – Amazon Coffee Systems

As the Sr. Sales Analyst for the Amazon Coffee Systems team, you will play a critical role in driving growth across one of KDP's most strategic eCommerce customers. Partnering closely with the National Account Executive, Director of Sales, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver data-driven insights that inform assortment, pricing, promotional, inventory, and retail media decisions. This role combines business analytics, customer management support, and cross-functional collaboration to help maximize sales, profitability, and execution across Amazon's retail and marketplace ecosystem.

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable working with large data sets. They are passionate about translating data into actionable recommendations and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

This role can be based in either our Minneapolis, Minnesota or Seattle, Washington office locations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, shipment, inventory, traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics to identify business opportunities and risks.

  • Develop and maintain business scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into key performance metrics.

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Support customer and internal forecasting processes and inventory planning.

  • Own item setup, onboarding, maintenance, and new product launch tracking.

  • Monitor item-level performance, content health, pricing, and assortment opportunities.

  • Support Amazon promotional events including Prime Day, holiday programs, and merchandising initiatives.

  • Partner with eCommerce Marketing and Retail Media teams to evaluate media performance.

  • Prepare analyses and materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and annual planning sessions.

Total Rewards:

  • Salary Range: $ 76,000 - 120,000

  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales analytics, category management, finance, customer planning, eCommerce, or a related function.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.

  • Proven ability to analyze large data sets and convert findings into recommendations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Preferred: Experience supporting eCommerce customers, Amazon Vendor Central, ARA, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or related tools.

  • Strong track record of delivering/exceeding results in a professional setting

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results
