A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Distribution Coordinator working primarily in the Shipping area, you will partner with your teammates to process the incoming finished goods in a timely manner, and stage and pack shipments. This includes order organization and picking, and part put-away. Your job will include heavy use of a computer, as well as bending and lifting of parts up to 40 pounds.You Will Make an Impact By:• Checking parts numbers and serial numbers to insure accuracy• Receiving parts delivered from Production, and processing them to sales orders in a timely manner.• Staging and processing shipments in an organized way to ensure efficiency.Skills You Bring:• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent.• 2+ years of related experiencePreferred Skills:• Familiarity with Oracle is preferred• Knowledge and ability with Microsoft Excel is preferred but not requiredPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:Hiring Manager to add in physical demands and working conditions from above job profile job description that are applicable to the job itself. US requirement due to OFCCP guidelines. However, each country is different due to employment laws so HR Partner discretion is advised. There may be more than 4 total based on job requirements. See HR Partner with any questions.• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 75% of the time• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs• Regularly requires manual dexterity and coordination of objects below, at and above shoulder level• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $16.70 - 27.83 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
