Senior Engineer - MS4 Program Manager

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WANT: 2. 10+ Years' Experience 3. Professional License required, Professional Engineer preferred. Will consider Landscape Architect or other qualified certification. 4. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) program permitting 5. Local, State (PA DEP, MDE, etc.), and Federal (EPA, FEMA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) land planning regulations and permitting 6. Stormwater management design and modeling for volume control and water quality (pollutant reduction) 7. Site grading, erosion and sediment pollution control plans 8. Technical writing including specifications, standard operating procedures, and/or ordinances development 9. Compliance inspections 10. Project management skills for achieving milestones and deadlines 11. Proficiency in client relationships and meeting facilitation 12. Proficiency in use of software for drafting, presentation, and routine office administrative tasks 13. Grant writing is a plus 14. Excellent written and verbal communications skills required 15.
