The Data Solutions Engineer I is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, integrations, and data platforms that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business operations. Works with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to create reliable, scalable, and secure data solutions. Completes assigned project phases with limited supervision while continuing to build technical expertise and understanding of enterprise data architecture. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and available for decision-making. As a Data Solutions Engineer I, you will: Design, develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that support enterprise data initiatives. Integrate data from multiple internal and external systems into centralized data platforms and warehouses. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, pipelines, and integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data quality. Assist in developing and maintaining scalable data models and architectures that support reporting, analytics, and operational processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical data solutions. Implement and maintain data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes. Identify opportunities to improve data processes through automation, optimization, and standardization. Support cloud-based and on-premises data environments, ensuring secure and efficient movement of data across systems.
