Senior Manager, Global Customer Data

Job Description

Our client, a global manufacturing and technology leader, is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Customer Data to lead enterprise-wide customer data strategy, governance, quality, and master data management initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for elevating customer data into a strategic business asset across a complex global organization.

As the company continues to grow through acquisitions and digital transformation efforts, this leader will establish global customer data standards, improve data quality and governance practices, and help create a single source of truth across business units, systems, and regions. This role requires experience navigating large organizations, driving stakeholder alignment, building governance frameworks, and leading initiatives that improve how data is managed and utilized across the enterprise.

This position sits at the intersection of business strategy, data governance, master data management, and enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate will be influencing executives, partnering with technical teams, and driving large-scale change across a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic leadership, customer data expertise, and change management experience to help build and scale best-in-class data capabilities that support the organization's continued growth and modernization.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data management, data governance, master data management, business analysis, or related disciplines.

• 5+ years of direct experience managing customer data domains, customer master data, or enterprise data governance programs.

• Experience in a Global Manufacturing environment. Proven track record leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

• Strong understanding of customer data structures, hierarchies, legal entities, and master data governance.

• Experience with Master Data Management platforms such as Informatica MDM, Informatica P360, or similar solutions.
