Job Description

Responsibilities

Performs random and scheduled online inspections of vessels and products produced at manufacturing facility.

Collects and records the required relevant data and input into charts or other shared tracking methods when required.

Performs line and/or equipment audits to monitor production performance.

Inspect and test cylinders for visual or structural defects.

Monitor the finished products obtained to ensure the quality conforms to the specifications.

Look for opportunities to get involved in safety, environmental, process changes and overall improvement efforts.

Follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures.

Read, understand, and follow the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and EHS Work Instructions.

Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to their supervisor or any member of management.

Shut down process if unsafe.

Follow proper machine shutdown procedures.

Education and/or Experience:

At least one year of experience in quality control preferred.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and

Must attend, complete, and implement required in-house training.

Be willing to work overtime when required at times due to production demands and availability of material.

Additional Information

Shift: M-Th 6:00am-4:30pm EST
