Entry-Level Production Associate

No Experience Needed | Paid Training Provided

Job Summary

Start your manufacturing career with an entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required. You'll be trained to support production operations, move materials, package products, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with production and material handling activities.

  • Package, load, and unload products.

  • Operate equipment after training.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.

  • Report equipment or safety concerns.

  • Support multiple departments as needed.

  • Learn to operate forklifts and other equipment.

Qualifications

  • No experience required.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Work Environment

Work in a large industrial facility with a focus on safety and teamwork. The environment is not temperature-controlled and may include rotating shifts after the initial training period. Employees work around production equipment and are provided training and required safety gear.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MOORESVILLE, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
