You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $25.00 per hour.

How you create impact

• Lead and develop a team of Warehouse Associates, fostering an inclusive, diverse, and safe workplace where all associates feel valued and supported.

• Oversee warehouse operations, including material handling equipment, equipment utilization, housekeeping, inventory accuracy, order picking, and shipping.

• Improve processes and efficiency by identifying operational opportunities and helping develop and implement effective warehouse procedures.

• Ensure safety and compliance by implementing processes that protect personnel, equipment, and property and adhering to company and OSHA health and safety requirements.

• Support operational needs by working overtime and weekends as required.

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

• Forklift operating experience

• Basic technical and math skills
